Competitive Refund Policy

Request for refund before July 9, 2018

 

When offered a spot on a competitive team you must register with SRFC within 48 hours and make your first payment of $500. This first payment includes a non-refundable deposit of $350.

 

Request for refund July 9 – August 31, 2018

 

Any refund requested after July 9th and prior to August 31st will be prorated, minus the $305 non-refundable registration fee and the $150 volunteer deposit (unless volunteer hours have been completed).

 

Request for refund after August 31, 2018

 

After August 31, 2018, no refunds will be issued, unless your child suffers an injury preventing him/her from completing their soccer season (doctor’s note required) or you move out of the area (proof of new residency more than 25 miles from the SRFC office required).

 

No refunds, regardless of the reason, will be issued after January 16, 2019.



SRFC U8 Academy Refund Policy

Select Refund Policy

When offered a spot on a Select team you must register with SRFC within 48 hours and make your first payment of $455. This first payment includes a non-refundable deposit of $350 on your Select fees.

 

Request for refund before June 30, 2018

 

Any refund requested prior to June 30, 2018, will be a full refund of fees paid, minus the $350 non-refundable deposit.

 

Request for refund after June 30, 2018

 

After June 30, 2018, the $150 volunteer deposit also becomes non-refundable (unless you have completed your 4 hours of volunteer work) and no refunds will be issued, unless your child suffers an injury preventing him/her from completing his/her soccer season (doctor’s note required) or you move out of the area (proof of new residency more than 25 miles from the SRFC office required).

 

Approved refunds will be prorated based on fees paid and months completed, minus the $350 non-refundable deposit and $150 volunteer deposit (unless you have completed your 4 hours of volunteer work).


Recreational Refund Policy

REC U5-U6 Age Groups:

 

Request for refunds before July 31, 2018

 

If prior to July 31, 2018, a registered player cannot play for any reason, you can cancel your registration and receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. 

 

Request for refunds after July 31, 2018

 

No refunds will be issued after July 31, 2018, unless your player incurs an injury preventing him/her from completing his/her soccer season (doctor’s note required) or you move out of the area (proof of new residency required). For purposes of this requirement, moving out of the area means taking up residency no less than 25 miles from the SRFC office. 

 

Approved refunds will be prorated based on fees paid and months completed, minus $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for any reason if requested after September 30, 2018.

 

Please note:  Practices and games are typically scheduled on Saturdays. Occasionally practices/games may be canceled due to things outside of our control, including weather conditions or field closures. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule. However, there are no refunds available for canceled practices/games. We do not take requests for specific team placement, coach request or requests to be reassigned to another team or coach. Dissatisfaction with practice or game schedules or with team or coach assignment are not grounds to request an exception to our refund policy.

 

REC U7-U19 Age Groups:

Please note:  Practices are typically scheduled Monday-Friday sometime between 4:00pm-8:30pm (depending on age and field availability). Games will typically be on Saturdays; however, some games may be scheduled on Sundays. Occasionally practices and/or games may be canceled due to things outside of our control, including weather conditions or field closures. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule canceled games. However, there are no refunds available for canceled practices or games. We do not take requests for specific team placement, coach request or requests to be reassigned to another team or coach. Dissatisfaction with practice or game schedules or with team or coach assignment are not grounds to request an exception to our refund policy.


Special Program Refund Policy

This policy pertains to all special programs, including but not limited to: Junior Skills Clinics, Winter Academy, Camps, Clinics, Futsal, and others.  After registering for one of our special programs, you can request a full refund up until the day before the first day of the program, less a $25 cancellation fee.  After the first day of the program, no refunds will be issued.
